We have several options from our world-renowned Turquoise Room Restaurant, from plated meals to buffet.
Turquoise Room Catering information
Please provide us with updates on the day of the event and before. If late or no show we may serve other guests until you arrive, at which point when you arrive, we will have to get all other orders out until we are ready to serve your guests. We reserve the right to charge the current price the day of the event should there be any price increases between the signing of the contract and the event.
A 50% deposit is due upon signing the contract so that we secure your event.
Once we have received the final minimum head count, that will be the number of guests we will prepare for. If there are less guests in attendance, we will charge for food and beverage ordered by the guests in attendance, plus the amount for guests not in attendance to bring the total to the final head count given. Final headcount and Final payment are due 30 days before the event. Final Payment is not refundable.
If we should have to add any additional tables, chairs or other items, they will be added to the Turquoise Room food bill or could be applied separately on a La Posada transaction.
If anyone in the group should become hostile, inappropriate, belligerent, use profanity, or harass our staff in any way we will end the event immediately, no refunds will be issued. You and the group will be asked to leave the property. Please inform the group not to gather at the bar, restaurant walkway, lobby entrance, and entrance to the restaurant. These spaces need to always be accessible. Guests may take their drinks to the foyer, lobby, or south of the tracks to enjoy. There are no beverages allowed in the parking lots.
