Fee Schedule
Weddings: $1500 fee for the Turquoise Room. $1500 Fee for La Posada. You are required to book at least 5 months out. We are not the wedding planner or the officiant, you will be responsible for hiring them elsewhere.
Site Fee for Commercial Photography: $100 per 4-hour session.
To take pictures on the property the photographer must obtain permission and signed contract with La Posada.
You will need to work with the group coordinator for all events or groups. Your event is not valid without a signed contract and payment in full.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Group coordinator is responsible for the clean up once the event is finished. The coordinator will be billed a housekeeping/maintenance fee for damaged or litter left behind by the event guests. A deposit of $150-750, a valid credit card on file and contract is required for all events.
Extensive housekeeping or litter pickup: $150
Damage to La Posada property: $150 plus the cost of labor and materials needed to repair the damage.
Furniture & Equipment Rental
Chairs & Tables are not included. You can rent tables & chairs for up to 50 guests from La Posada hotel.
Any tables and chairs needed over 50 guests will have to rented by a Third-Party company.
Folding Tables: $5 each
Folding Chairs: $1 each
Whiteboard and Markers: $15 per day
LCD Projector: $50 per day
Audio System: $125 per day
